This compact robotic locker designed for small stores handles up to 160 parcels per day. The different brands can pool their click-and-collect and customer return processes.
Self-service access allows for a seamless omnichannel experience for the end user. Installed in shopping centres, in the heart of cities or directly at the point of sale, it facilitates the customer's journey in a small space (1.3m²). The CLEVERON 4xx range for example is installed at CITADIUM, a multi-brand chain of men and women's clothing shops. The locker is shared between the different brand corners of the store in order to manage the Click & Collect and the customer returns.
