INSTORE SOLUTION is the sole distributor of CLEVERON in France. CLEVERON designs innovative solutions to optimise last mile delivery to the world's largest retailers and logistics companies. CLEVERON products include "traditional" connected parcel racks but also robotic automats that further optimise the possibilities of parcel collection and return.

There are many benefits:

SIMPEL and INSTORE SOLUTION have joined forces to offer all CLEVERON lockers in a monthly service package, including the CLEVERON 405. This compact robotic locker designed for small stores handles up to 160 parcels per day. The different brands can pool their click-and-collect and customer return processes.

Self-service access allows for a seamless omnichannel experience for the end user. Installed in shopping centres, in the heart of cities or directly at the point of sale, it facilitates the customer's journey in a small space (1.3m²). The CLEVERON 4xx range for example is installed at CITADIUM, a multi-brand chain of men and women's clothing shops. The locker is shared between the different brand corners of the store in order to manage the Click & Collect and the customer returns.
